Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel your appointment …

We require 24 hrs notice whenever cancelling or rescheduling appointments please. This allows another valuable client the opportunity to book that appointment time.

Late cancellations and missed appointments   whilst we do not wish to offend…. missed appointments and late cancellations will incur a 50% charge, If we are unable to rebook the cancelled appointment time due to late notice. (This covers us for loss of income for staff wages).  We thank you in advance for your consideration of our valuable time.

Colds/flu and Illness   Viruses and common colds are a contra-indication to Beauty Therapy and Massage treatments.  Health regulations advise that clients who are unwell should postpone their appointment until they are completely well again. If you are feeling unwell we request you contact us the day before your appointment to reschedule for a later time.  This is much appreciated as staff working in close contact with sick clients often become ill, which results in time of work. We thank you for your consideration and appreciate you delaying your appointment.

Children We aim for a quiet child free environment for maximum safety & comfort of all clients. However we understand sometimes Mums need an appointment and have to bring children. If so please ring us and we will arrange a suitable time for your appointment when it won’t disturb other clients having quiet treatments.
